Refund and remedy policy
This policy applies to paid digital access to VY/VZ IPC Editor. It does not limit any right or remedy available under the Australian Consumer Law.
When a remedy may be available
Contact support if access was not supplied, the service has a major failure, it is materially different from its description, or another consumer guarantee is not met. Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate remedy may include correction, replacement access, cancellation, refund or compensation required by law.
Change of mind and compatibility
A change-of-mind refund is not automatically offered after digital access has been activated or the package downloaded. Before purchase, review the compatibility page and ask through support if your cluster or interface is uncertain. This does not affect non-excludable consumer rights.
Duplicate or incorrect payment
Submit a support request promptly for a duplicate charge, incorrect selected term or payment made against the wrong account. Include the account email and payment receipt reference, but never send full card details.
How to request review
Sign in and open a private support request under “Account or licensing.” Describe the purchase date, selected term and requested outcome. Requests are assessed against the purchase record, software access history and applicable law.
Official guidance
Australian consumers can review the ACCC consumer guarantees guidance. It explains that consumer guarantees apply automatically and cannot be removed by a business policy.
